Track

Better late than never:

My sleep schedule has been so messed up this past week that I never had time to post this last night.
I went out to PNHS track and ran a few mile repeats.Nothing major, just wanted to get back on the track since it is SPRING!!!!

Mile 1: Warm up 9:23 pace
walk 200 meters
Mile 2: 8:43
walk 200 meters
Mile 3: 8:53
walk 200 meters
Mile 4: 8:21
walk 200 meters
Mile 5 Cool down 9:49
