Last Weeks Training Summary

This wasn't much of a week for training.
I never got a chance for a long run today since my job screws with my sleep schedule and I was never able to get to sleep until 5:00 or 6:00 this morning.

Monday 3/3/08: 2 miles treadmill A.M.; 3 Miles P.M./CrosstrainActual: 4 Miles -trail

Tuesday 3/4/08: 2 miles treadmill A.M.; 5 Miles easy P.M./CrosstrainActual: 5 Miles - treadmill

Wednesday 3/5/08: 8-10 Miles Road/CrosstrainActual: 8 Miles - Road

Thursday 3/6/08: Hill repeats/CrosstrainActual: 3.25 Miles - Treadmill 2.00 Miles - Hill repeats outside 5.20 Miles - Bike indoors

Friday 3/7/08: Prediction Run - CRC Pickerington -CancelledRun: 3 miles.............Time: 25:34 Bike: 5.25 miles........Time: 20:00

Saturday 3/8/08: Off/Crosstrain

Sunday 3/9/08: Muddy Feet 8 Mile Trail Race -Cancelled
