I rode my bike down to the track and decided to run some easy mile repeats.
I felt great the entire time. HR never got above 183 with an average of 171.
Totals:
Run: 4 Miles - 1 Mile Repeats
Bike: 3.61 - Kinda of a nice warm up for the running. Leisurely cadence.
Great blog! Love the photos... but honeslty... Put down all the technical bull$#%@ and run. For the love of everything that is beautiful and holy LEAVE YOUR HR MONITOR AT HOME... and enjoy a run sans electronics.
